Having been invited to take part in research and writing on the effects of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® on team psychological safety, collaboration and cohesion whilst at Henley Business School, I became very interested in this method of enabling teams to improve the quality and speed of decision making and identify and align their actions with their values. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a facilitated thinking, communication and problem solving technique for organisations, teams and individuals drawing on extensive research from the fields of psychology, learning, business and organisational development.
I am now a trainer certified by the Association of Master Trainers in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and run bespoke workshops for teams.
